I offer service for on-side software development process. I can spent some time in your country to assist you with realization your goals and ideas. I'm able to abroad

When this service is required?

• If you don't have experienced software developers, but project requires such employees
• You want setup agile software development process
• Only on your side I can provide my services
• Any other cases when you need my services

Anyway i'm opened for your job offer proposition.

What is required?

• Visa (or working visa ) to visit / work in your country (as i live in Belarus and Belarus isn't member of European Union)
• Invitation from your company to your embassy in my country
• Traveling expenses (about 40 EURO per day)
• You provide a place, where I can live during business trip (Number in hotel or separate apartment
• English/French/Russian speaking people and employees
• Additional fees for my work. They will be clarified after your job offer to me

Am I exactly person that you need?

To answer on this question i recommend to create a video conversation by Skype to learn more about me as software developer or project manager. You can ask any technical/non technical question on interview, learn more about me as person, my interests and goals.

Anyway, if you don't need my on-side services you can refer to my regular services such a software development or software re-design.
